We offer three versions of the software (E1, E2, & E3) in order to meet the budget and size requirements of all companies.

User interface platform
The graphical user interface is Adobe Flash based. Adobe Flash affords the ability to render graphically rich applications enhancing the user experience and ultimately driving the effectiveness of the training solution. Any browser with the Adobe Flash plug-in installed can access and use the application.
Communication protocol
The repository for all data including graphical, text, video and animation files is a MYSQL database. MySQL is a relational database management system (RDBMS) that runs as a server providing multi-user access to a number of databases. Several high-traffic web sites (including Flickr, Facebook, Wikipedia, Google, Nokia and YouTube) use MySQL for data storage and logging of user data.
PHP and XML are used to communicate with the database to produce an output that is then rendered in Flash. All technology is fully expandable to an enterprise server solution with the ability to support multiple applications on a variety of platforms (web, self-service kiosk and mobile web).
Application server
A centrally located server will manage content and store usage data. Understanding varying security requirements, Athas Solutions can address your specific security needs. Whether that is installing the application on a dedicated server at your facility or installing the solution on an Athas hosted server.
Usage data capture
The MySQL database will be used for logging of user data in addition to data storage. Usage data from web based applications will be stored on the application server in real time. Usage data from self-service devices will be saved on the local device and then sent to the central application server. The data collected will 100% customer owned and will be accessible to approved personnel. The system will record every user session. Data collected will include pages viewed, survey answers given and any other information provided by the user.
Software warranty, maintenance and support
Included is one year software maintenance and support. Our standard Maintenance and Support Agreement provides you with software patches, updates and upgrades, both major and minor, so your applications are always up-to-date.
